• 4 tea bags "Bergliebe" (Kräuterrebellen – Herbal Rebels)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 litre of water
  • honey to taste
  • ice cubes
  • mint leaves (to taste)

    preparation:
    Insert the tea bags into a teapot and immerse in boiling water. Brew for 4 – 5 min, then remove the tea bags. Sweeten with honey. Let the tea cool until it’s lukewarm. Add the squeezed lemon juice to the tea. Cut the second lemon into slices.
    Pour the infusion into tall glasses and add some ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
    This makes a refreshing, thirst-quenching drink – ideal for those long hot summer days!
