THE UNIQUE SOUTH TYROLEAN HERB FESTIVAL FEATURING THE FOLLOWING HIGHLIGHTS:

- Herb workshops and talks with experienced speakers from across the Alpine region, covering topics ranging from plant dyes and tree resins to medicinal and functional mushrooms, plant spirit traditions, fragrance and incense knowledge, and traditional folk medicine
- Guided botanical discovery hikes exploring the unique flora of Trafoi
- Talks on medicinal plants, mushrooms, nature knowledge, and Alpine botany
- Herb market featuring local producers and nature-inspired crafts
- Herbatio cuisine with regional specialties, created in collaboration with local producers and young chef Robin Diana
- Herbatio Witches’ Cauldron – the festival bar offering a selection of fine beverages from the Vinschgau Valley and this year’s signature Herbatio drink
- Storytelling sessions “Legends from the Vinschgau Valley” with Roman and Monika Mooser for children and adults
- Extensive children’s and family program with all-day entertainment, nature workshops, and hands-on activities

Admission to the festival grounds is free of charge.
