The Bearded Vulture Learns to Fly in Trafoi - Animal watching

The bearded vulture has its breeding ground in specific parts of the Stelvio National Park. If breeding takes place again this year, a young bird can be observed from a respectful distance as part of a guided hike with partner hiking guides from the national park. - Registration: required; must be completed by 5.00 pm the day before

- Duration: 3 hours, including 1–1.5 hours of walking

- Elevation gain: up to 200 metres

- You may bring your own binoculars (not essential; the guide will have a pair)

- Pack your own lunch

- Participation fee: to be paid at the visitor centre (in cash or by card)

- Car park 3 (500m away, free of charge)
